Refund and Returns Policy

At PureXsnest, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, we offer the following return and refund policy:

  1. Return Window:

    • Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery. Items returned after this period will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
    • Items must be returned in new, unused condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.

  2. Eligibility for Return:

    • We accept returns for unused, unworn, and undamaged items. Personalized or customized products, as well as items marked as final sale, cannot be returned.
    • If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you are eligible for a return or exchange.

  3. Refund Process:

    • Once we receive your returned item and confirm that it meets our return criteria, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
    • If your original payment method is no longer available, we will issue store credit.

  4. Return Shipping:

    • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returns.

  5. Exchanges:

    • Exchanges are available for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you wish to exchange an item.

  6. Damaged or Defective Products:

    • If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at contact@purexsnest.com with pictures of the damage. We will arrange for a return, exchange, or refund.
